Sarasota Interior Demolition, LLC was founded by Alex Morel to provide Sarasota-area homeowners, investors, contractors and property managers with a more dependable option for non-structural interior tear-outs.
With over 15 years of working with property owners, managers and investors as a Sarasota real estate professional and investor, Alex saw how important the demolition phase is to a successful renovation. The work must be completed carefully, the areas that remain must be protected and the space must be left clean and ready for the next phase of work to be completed.
That experience helped shape the standards behind Sarasota Interior Demolition: clear communication, careful property protection, straightforward estimates and respect for every home and job site.
MEET THE OWNER

Alex Morel is the owner of Sarasota Interior Demolition, LLC, a Sarasota real estate professional and Team Lead of The Sarasota Native Group with Medway Realty.
Alex grew up in a family of home builders and contractors and was on residential job sites at a very early age learning all about building homes.
Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Alex worked for a small Mechanical Engineering firm in Sarasota as an AutoCAD Draftsman, and then as a NICET Certified Engineering Technician designing fire suppression systems for high-rise condos, office buildings, restaurants, storage facilities, churches, large single-family homes, and other facilities.
Alex has been a Licensed Realtor® since 2010, and has helped Sarasota-area homeowners, buyers, sellers and investors navigate the real estate market with important property decisions. That experience created a clear understanding of what customers expect from anyone working inside their home: dependable communication, respect for the property, careful preparation and work completed with the next phase of the project in mind.
Sarasota Interior Demolition is a separate, locally owned company created to bring those same professional standards to kitchen, bathroom, flooring and other non-structural tear-out projects.
